Making systems faster and decisions sharper – CASETiFY’s new chapter in digital optimisation
Founded in Hong Kong in 2011, CASETiFY has grown into one of the most recognisable fashion‑tech brands worldwide, renowned for customisable phone cases, electronic accessories and cross‑over collaborations with global IPs such as Apple, Disney and the NBA.

As product lines, operating cadence and market complexity rapidly expanded across e‑commerce and global retail stores, the existing ERP setup struggled to keep pace with cross‑department collaboration, financial integration and operational efficiency. CASETiFY realised that to keep decision‑making agile, it needed an ERP platform with greater stability, scalability and speed, and thus kicked off an optimisation initiative to enhance process transparency, data consistency and financial automation for its global operations.
Choosing Motiv Digital
CASETiFY was introduced to Motiv Digital HK through an Oracle NetSuite account manager, and quickly recognised that Motiv’s team, largely from major consulting firms, combined deep ERP delivery experience with strong retail and e‑commerce industry know‑how. To manage risk, CASETiFY first assigned Motiv a standalone project focused on HSBC payment integration, where Motiv not only fixed legacy configuration issues but also redesigned the payment architecture, optimised reporting logic and implemented automated approval workflows. This project significantly improved payment processing efficiency and strengthened the timeliness and consistency of finance data, earning Motiv strong trust from CASETiFY’s leadership.
From Fixing Pain Points to Process Excellence
Building on the successful payment integration, CASETiFY engaged Motiv to rebuild its long‑delayed Transit Order module, which had been in development for over a year but continued to face logic and design issues. Motiv conducted a thorough review on top of the existing framework, clarified root‑cause logic errors, proposed a refined design and then rebuilt and re‑launched the module, greatly improving process stability and overall system performance. The Motiv project team emphasised continuous improvement: they repeatedly reviewed issues, proposed solutions, tested rigorously before deployment and kept enhancing the module post go‑live based on user feedback.
Motiv’s consultants acted as an extension of CASETiFY’s internal team rather than a traditional external vendor. Daily collaboration shifted from email to slack for real‑time communication, speeding up problem resolution and project decision‑making, while Motiv also proactively introduced complementary cloud applications and payment technologies to help CASETiFY build a more holistic digital architecture around ERP.
Looking Ahead: ERP to EPM
With ERP stabilised and core processes optimised, CASETiFY is now planning the next step: implementing Oracle NetSuite EPM – Budgeting & Planning to support multi‑country operations, financial planning, budgeting and cross‑regional data consolidation. This move is driven not by current gaps, but by forward‑looking needs such as future consolidation, FP&A capabilities and more predictive, data‑driven strategic planning. In CASETiFY’s view, ERP is the backbone for operational efficiency, while EPM will underpin a stronger global financial governance model to support the brand’s continued international expansion.

A Long‑Term Growth Partner
Through a series of successful projects, Motiv has become a key long‑term partner in CASETiFY’s technology roadmap. CASETiFY values Motiv’s professional capability, fast response and deep understanding of retail and e‑commerce operations, which together create strong alignment in both project execution and strategic discussions. In CASETiFY’s words, Motiv is not just a consulting team, but a partner that grows with the business, supporting future ERP and EPM integration and broader digital transformation initiatives.
