Her experience at Salesforce allows her to be consultative and solution driven into understanding the “WHY” of clients’ problem behinds, and “WHAT” clients want to achieve out of the transformation. “My mission is to empower clients in the transformation journey.”

Her previous role at a renowned company allowed her to work on a wide range of consulting assignments, which contributed significantly to her in-depth understanding of the subject matter. Mila possesses extensive experience in managing NetSuite ERP projects and executing system development initiatives making her a valuable asset to any team.

Iris brings 25 years of IT and business consulting experience to her leadership roles at Workday. She was the company’s first APJ Professional Services employee in 2011 and has since managed multiple regions and business lines, including Education, Customer Success, and Consulting. Iris is credited with pioneering new regional businesses and product implementations, and has served as the Executive Sponsor overseeing many key APJ customer deployments.
